  Disappointed. They didn't give me what I paid for, wouldn't respond to enquiries about what was going on and only finally refunded me after putting significant pressure on them.
  
  See below:
  - 19/10/16: bought items from their website and paid them via bank transfer,
  - 3/11/16: complained to company that I still hadn't received my order, I also checked their website and it had been taken down
  - 3/11/16: company replied and said they'd send the items right away and it would arrive by 7/11/16,
  - 10/11/16: order still hadn't arrived. Company contacted again to enquire. Company no longer responded.
  -15/11/16: I told the company that I would take them to QCAT and report them to ACORN if they didn't pay me back via Paypal (I didn't want to give them my bank details because it seemed less secure).
  - 16/11/16: the seller contacted me back asking for my bank details.
  - 16/11/16: I wrote back telling them I didn't want to provide bank details after all the suspicious behaviour, told them that what they were doing appears to be online fraud. Sent them a copy of a police fraud report form to indicate my intention to lodge it if they didn't comply.
  -16/11/16: Finally got a refund via Paypal.
