  I recently purchased 3 items from VAST to style my home. These are amazing pieces, such great quality. I spoke to Jay over the phone, he was able to send me photos of the items so I could see them.   Absolute dedication to customer service, Jay sent me a bunch of photos of floor stock items and understood my needs so well. I was able to source and buy 2 beautiful furniture pieces not on the website and trust that they were good quality and would be perfect for our house. Delivered on the Tuesday to Sydney from Queensland by a very kind and friendly guy (purchased 3 days prior). All staff members were kind, courteous and helpful over the phone. East to purchase online via email. The quality of these brass pieces is really good and sale prices were amazing! Highly recommend to speak with them about your needs and you might find other bespoke things for sale not on the website. Furniture arrived with wine, what’s not to love!!!

  We recently bought the Kuranda furniture setting for our patio. Gorgeous furniture and it looks as great as we hoped. It's also really comfortable and suitable for a young family. Ross looked after us all the way and went above and beyond to make sure we had furniture for Christmas. We were so appreciative. We'd highly recommend Vast for it's great furniture and the customer service.

  Outstanding customer service, quick delivery and superior products. This is a great Australian company that provides far better furniture than Amart or Harvey Norman without the hefty price tag and wait time. We have several pieces of vast interior furniture and trust me they are made to last. Highly recommended. Kat and Ross go above and beyond to ensure the best customer service. Thank you

  It’s a massive shame to share my disappointment with Vast Furniture. What was once a reliable furniture destination has taken a regrettable turn towards cheaply made products, and a total lack of concern for customers. Last year, we invested $2500 in a leather sofa that has proven to be the worst lounge experience of our lives. The back-supported cushions have completely deflated, offering the worst possible support. In fact, they give no support whatsoever, and for anyone that sits on our lounge finds it so uncomfortable. The integrity of the manufacturing is always spoken about, and makes us feel incredibly embarrassed that we fell for such rubbish product.
  
  Upon expressing our concerns, the company's response was disheartening. They offered a mere $600 refund and suggested we fill the back cushions ourselves with the refunded money. This lackluster resolution left us dismayed and deterred from ever shopping with them again.
  
  I urge potential customers to be cautious. Vast Furniture's decline in quality and unsatisfactory customer service is a warning to those considering a purchase. Save yourself the disappointment and explore other reputable options.
  
  It's disheartening to note that Vast Furniture seems to consistently refute customer claims, providing answers that attempt to downplay or dismiss any reported issues. This pattern of response is both frustrating and unfair to customers who genuinely face problems with their purchases.
  
  Experiencing a decline in product quality is disappointing enough, but the added frustration of encountering resistance when seeking resolution only compounds the issue. It's essential for consumers to be aware of this practice and consider it when making decisions about where to invest their hard-earned money. Transparency and fair customer treatment should be paramount in any business, and unfortunately, Vast Furniture seems to fall short in this regard. Proceed with caution.
