- An Angel Added May 04, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Been a loyal customer for 7 years and shopped today at your store. On checkout I asked the lady if she could change $20 for me. was told you don't do it ?! When I told her the others do and so does the other branches she just ignored it. Is this good customer service west end Coles?? I think I will go to a different store. Very poor customer service and I cannot believe this new policy ( if it was true) or probably more like lazy and can't be bothered attitude of your staff member
