  Friendly, courteous staff, convenient location and relatively punctual for a busy practice.
  COVID safe plan is implemented and the surgery is clean and tidy .
  Dr McQuade is caring, personable and knowledgeable and always provides printouts regarding illness and treatments where applicable .
  I can definitely recommend this practice with confidence

  Since two of the doctors moved from their old premises to here, it really has become "all about the money." Got asked to come in about some results and despite being told there would be no charge, they chased me down and told me I had to pay. It got quite loud before they finally backed down. For each appointment, expect a wait time of at least 45 minutes. I have had to wait up to an hour and a quarter in the waiting room. Average is about 50 to 55 minutes. This is despite ringing them half an hour before appointment time to find out how late the doctor is running with his schedule. Ended up going to another centre where I always get seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. I would suggest it would be smart to avoid smart clinics Arundel

  We live just around the corner and I wasn't sure about this clinic but I have taken my kids a few times now. They are so great. It is so clean and lots of kids toys. Plus the doctors were so great with my little ones. I'm going to make this my usual GP from now on.

  It's not a Bulk Bill clinic. Last time waited over 45 minute after my appointment time. Seems their doctor are busy and their time is obviously more valuable than mie. And the doctor refer me to somewhere to take a ultrasound cost me a lots. I went this clinic about four times and I'll look for another clinic for future needs.

  The best medical practice i have been to on the Gold Coast..as a senior, I felt listened to, understood and not rushed. Friendly staff and Doctors and I noticed a genuine respect for the patients.
