  As mention by other reviewers, i have the same experience for paying $328 for what i in my person view suspect it is a second/substandard hand chair. within 2 month of usage (bought in July 2020) back mesh broke. Sales person say not covered by 1 year warranty or eligible for 1to1 exchange. Brought to the shop to replace mesh and was quoted $50 but subsequently sales guy quoted me $80 which i dispute before coming down to $50. The most fantastic thing is they did not replace the broken mesh at all, basically they just tuck the broken mesh into the seams of the chair. How i know? because "broken mesh" came out after i sat on it. (Fyi. Weigh at 68kg)
  
  I do notice that their factory at Eunos Avenue 6, the workers kept dismantle old chair arms,

  Love the look of the products. Unfortunately, the inferior studs on one of the products I bought (a chair) left horrid, ugly indentations on my brand new parquet floor. Wrote to Homlab and this was the reply I got: "The onus is generally on the buyer to see if the products are compatible with its intended usage at home."
  
  I bought A CHAIR and used it as intended. If this CHAIR was not meant to be sat on or used on a specific flooring, the onus should be on the company to state so EXPLICITLY.
  
  I am astounded by the lousy follow-up. Please be wary if you intend to purchase any item from Homlab.
