  My father lives here and this place is great. He has his own airconditioned room with bathroom, all toiletries and haircuts supplied. The manager Grattan who lives onsite is lovely, takes very good care of all the residents. The meals are outstanding especially the sunday roast. Lorraine the cook takes great pride in her work making all her own desserts and soups. Holly the cleaner is so friendly and so is Grattans wife Valerie, who is semi retired and only there 2 mornings a week. Everytime I visit I'm made to feel so welcome and my dad is very happy here. Highly recommend

  Omg Val the "manager"is an abusive psycho! !!!!
  AVOID THIS PLACE! !!!
  She appears to believe it acceptable to order guests about and I saw her horribly verbally abuse some very disabled people! !
  NOT ALLOWED AIR CONDITIONING IN HIGH SUMMER???!!
  NO AIR CONDITIONING IN DINING ROOM AT ALL? !! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
  
  FOOD :Very sparse vegetables and no fruit at all!
  
  To be fair Gratton who basically does everything tries his best and the fresh meat meals are good. But very few veg and a lot of cheaply bought food. Dinner is basically one sandwich and a dessert. Reasonable rooms but can't even make yourself a cup of tea! Have to wait in heat.
  
  I CAN'T BELIEVE THE HOSPITAL SOCIAL WORKER looked me straight in the eye and guaranteed it was a good place!
  Obviously never researched at all!
